Was it worth it for the Gayle King looking terrified memes? Maybe.

I do feel badly for any women working at NASA doing any real type of job who now will get asked all about this space tourism flight as if it had any real meaning.

Thank god we at least got some good memes from this. It's stupid but it did make my week a little big brighter so we have to take what we get I guess 😂

Thank you so much for your take(down) of this monstrosity. Most Americans are flipping out about the cost of just about everything and these morons think this was brave and intelligent. I had to practically bang my head against a wall to keep my eyes from rolling back permanently. I'm so embarrassed for them all.

Olivia Munn's reaction on The Today Show was all of us, it was so distasteful of them. "I'm wearing SKIMS!" I could practically hear her two brain cells bouncing off her skull when I read this.

It made me love Olivia a bit; like “is she all of us?”

Many years ago, I had the great honor and privilege to meet Dr. Sally Ride at a formal ceremony and during an impromptu meet and greet following her discussion. Dr Sally Ride was the first American woman to fly in space literally shattering the gender barrier as she launched into orbit. Her contributions included her support and promotion of STEM, especially for girls and young women. Her contributions to spaceflight, science, and education saw her inducted into the Astronaut Hall of Fame in 2003. Unlike Katy Perry and Lauren Sanchez, who wanted to put the “ass in astronaut”… Dr. Sally Ride put the “Class in Astronaut”. That is something that I think will forever be remembered over the forgettable comments of Perry and Sanchez.

She was a remarkable and incredible lady. In the 15 minutes that I spent speaking with her, I was left in complete awe at her humbleness and intelligence. What was remarkable for me was how much time she took with each person who wanted to speak with her. The aid who was assigned to her was trying to rush her off, but she brushed him off and said “ give me a moment, please.” ❤️

So. Much. Cringe. I didn't hear any of those soundbites, so thank you for always bringing the lowlights to the forefront. I'm just bummed Gayle King got caught up in the eruption. She's better than that!
