Isnt it INSANE that they refuse to let up on that asinine policy NO ONE benefits from? They’ll argue it gives them a chance to offer “expert styling advice” or some bs which is really just a random 22 year old sales associate - more often than not a slew of customers will just shop online or opt out of going through the hassle of buying anything they need to try in store. That being said, they’ll probably be seeing me again 🫠
lol, yes it’s not enough to put me off their clothes but I never ever ever step foot in the fitting rooms unless it’s an emergency. I’d rather come back the next week to return what doesn’t fit.
There is so much to hate but the fakeness of it all, the telling me I look cuuuttttteeeee is what makes me want to scream
First of all: Is "kiss curl" a thing? If not, it is now! Love it. This post is EXTRA. There was so much juice I practically had to take notes. I saw that CBS Sunday morning interview with Belichick when it aired, and oof. Awk-ward. No doubt there was pressure from the network to ask those questions, and I thought the journalist did an amazing job navigating what must've been a very tough exchange. I also saw a few friends' kids do the ice bucket challenge and was confused and thought it was a throwback video. Crazy how that's come back around.
I still made it to the end! It's all pretty quippy stuff, and I don't want to miss a thing lest I be considered uncool the next time I put my Tata/Aunt hat on!
I’ll be rewatching the song about Elon Musk about 999 times today.
It’s sooooo good
Thank you for including me Rachel!
My pleasure. I’ve sent your piece to everyone I know who shops there. You wrote what we’ve all been thinking for years

It reminds me of the fully communal changing rooms in Miss Selfridge in the 90s - was my idea of hell at 12/13!
I just shuddered!
I have watched that particular Éros Brousson’s video so many times by now and he tells no lies :D
He’s capable of gathering insider information better than the CIA
That subradioband political cover of Cake's 'The Distance' slaps, no glaze! But you all already knew that!
Thanks for teaching me the terms kiss curls and runaway train! So useful to understand current trends.

I apologise for the word count! I did edit! And yes, us Brits call them kiss curls!
